Japanese-Inspired Martini
Makes a single portion
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
